Reservation Fee

The Reservation Fee includes the full extent of our Venue & Lodging Amenities, which varies by season, and reservation duration. A complete list of these amenities can be found on the Activities page of the website.

  • Barn Room
    (Lodging for 4)

  • Garage Room
    (Lodging for 4)

  • Venue /Event Amenities

  • All Event Settings & Amenities

  • 500 Guests Maximum

Complete Retreat

Thursday – Sunday Reservation in Guest Suites

Total Reservation Fee – $6,500

Petite Retreat

Friday - Sunday Reservation in Guest Suites

Total Reservation Fee – $5,550

Guest Lodging Contribution

As would be anticipated, guests occupying the onsite lodging at the estate typically contribute/pay for their lodging for the weekend, as the Guest Lodging Contribution, thus reducing the overall balance of the Reservation Fee paid by the hosts. As the hosts, however, you determine how much your Guests Pay toward the Guest Lodging Contribution and the resulting reduction of the Reservation Fee paid by you.
